Conference Information
The 2026 Annual Education Conference will be held March 25-27th, 2026 in Traverse City, Michigan at the Park Place Hotel and Conference Center located at 300 E State St, Traverse City, MI 49684.
This event is the only comprehensive learning and networking experience for Environmental Health professionals in local and state government, private industry and institutions in all of Michigan.
It is a two-and-a-half-day conference that will offer current information, best practices, training, and networking opportunities for attendees. Using a track-based approach; a variety of topics covering the spectrum of environmental health (i.e., food protection, groundwater contamination, vector-borne diseases) will promote collaboration and assure you have the most up to date information. In addition, evening networking sessions will allow attendees opportunities to explore fun and exciting area attractions that Traverse City has to offer.

The MEHA AEC is an excellent chance to network with the Michigan Environmental Health Community. Organizations wishing to exhibit at the AEC have the following options.
Bronze - $500.00
- Base level Exhibitor. Includes 1 table, 1 complimentary registration, and the organizations logo to be displayed on our website and throughout the conference.
Silver- $1000.00
- Intermediate level exhibitor. Includes 1 table placed near the entrance to the conference center, 2 Complimentary registrations, and the organizations logo to be displayed on our website and throughout the conference.
Gold - $2000.00
-Highest level exhibitor. Includes 1 table with first choice of position, 3 complimentary registrations, Recognition during the conference, A 30 minute speaking slot, and the organizations logo to be displayed on our website and throughout the conference. Limited to 4.
